Overview
GrandStay Hospitality is a family of brands consisting of extended-stay and select service hotels. Their franchising model follows a back-to-basics philosophy that provides flexibility and one-on-one support.
Their goal for a new website was to house all of their brands under one website. They also wanted to be able to edit all of their website content easily and efficiently (they did not have this ability on their previous website).
New website features include:
- "Make a Reservation" form that is a direct portal to the company's third-party booking engine
- "Special Offers" email signup integrated with the company's third-party email service provider
- Hotel management for 20+ properties: each property has it's own set of webpages where they can display hotel photos, list hotel amenities and room specs, feature current hotel deals and post recent news.
- "Write a Review" for each property (TripAdvisor and Google Reviews)
- A Hotel Deals section that features all current deals going on across GrandStay properties
- Twitter feed
- Google Maps integration to show "Local Guide" points of interest for each property in the following categories: Restaurants, Attractions, Shopping and Business
- Login for hotel managers so that they can update their property's pages of the website as needed (changes are then reviewed by Hospitality admin before being posted)
The new website is already out-performing its predecessor in terms of leads generated and SEO marketing.
